Beyond Gymnastics Payment Policy
A $95 dollar Membership/Liability Insurance fee must accompany all registrations annually in September or upon entering the program at any time during the year. Fees drop to $45 for March and after enrollments. No fee is required for summer enrollment.
Tuition prices reflect the monthly fee for each class. First month tuition is due at the time of registration. Monthly tuition is posted to your Jackrabbit account on the 20th and is due by the 1st of each month. For your convenience we offer an Autopay Option. Autopay Payments are taken on the 1st of the month.
A $20 late fee will be applied to your account for failure to submit payment by the 7th of the month and every month after that the fees are late.
A prorated Tuition fee may only apply to the 1st month of enrollment based upon start date. All other consecutive months will reflect the above set fee(s).
Beyond Gymnastics requires that all families provide a credit card to be kept on file. (For more information regarding the On-file credit card policy refer to Beyond Gymnastics’ Credit Card Policy in your Jackrabbit account)
Beyond Gymnastics does not issue refunds for missed classes, even for weather-related closings or government shutdowns. The only exceptions are for injuries with a doctor’s note or severe illness requiring hospitalization.
Although billing is done monthly to help with budgeting, the monthly fee is not based on 4 classes a month, it is based on total classes for the season (Sept-June). We do not prorate for holidays, snow cancellations or missed classes.
Withdrawal Policy
All students will be automatically re enrolled and charged for each month until written notification is submitted via Withdrawal Form to the main office. Verbal requests are not accepted. Unenrollment requires written notice by the 15th of the prior month and no refunds or adjustments will be made after the 1st of the month.
Make Up Policy
For a missed class, each student is allowed 1 makeup class based on availability. Class must be scheduled with the office and be completed within 30 days of which the class was missed.
